The Loon Preservation Committee, based in New Hampshire, has been studying the breeding behaviors of loons for decades. The Local Motives duo Nate Murray and Cody Pfister went to New Hampshire to learn from the committee team. Climate change, with its warm temperatures and intense rainstorms, is causing less-successful breeding seasons.
